This program is an opportunity to be a part of a journey of  inner and outer exploration. You will explore the key factors in leadership, discover your innate leadership abilities and clarify the foundations of your power as a leader. You are the journey and the destination, the leader and the follower.

This unique experience also blends an exploration of timeless leadership concepts and ancient Andean spiritual principles with insights from the history of the Inca into a synergistic whole for personal and/or organizational transformation.   This experience is a refreshing balance of adventure, introspection, and discussion that will feed all aspects of your mind, heart, body and spirit.
